Even if Mo isn’t the fastest to ever be, he certainly has the most impressive wins. And not only that, but the fact that he takes time to make videos like this, talk to younger runners, and share his joy for the sport rather than “grind in silence” is really good for helping it grow. Thanks for being an inspiration Mo, maybe one day I’ll run a sub 4 minute mile 🤩

@@leeclass1089 if you run with proper form and pace of your own ability it's not gonna hurt your knees. Unless, you push it too much and running on a bad form.

Mo, I hope you see this... congratulations on winning the Chicago marathon. I didn't think you'd break the European record. Incredible. It just goes to show no one should ever doubt you, I never thought you could even break the British marathon record. Long live King Mo Farah!

Hes East african, and a cushite, ofcourse he was always gonna beat European and British records, its purely a physiological biological thing, east africans are the best in long distance running dur to their biological makeup

I miss my training team. It’s hard to push out of the bed on a cold day, knowing you have to train alone. Great video and thanks for inspiring .

The most interesting long distance runner to watch. Mo running style keeps your eyes glued to his lanky frame as he powers his way to yet another win. It’s great to see him going back to Somalia and motivating his countrymen to run. Abdi Bile won the 1500 in 1987 World Championships. He was from Somalia.
