I would like to note that all the copper blocks are easily craftable with regular copper (even the bulbs, which use blaze rods), so they are also still craftable in superflat even if you don't have any Trial Chambers.

This lore idea touch's on the reason for the spider on the top of the Spurch and the reason the creation of the kingdom. My Spider lore idea: 1000's of years ago the spiders ruled all, they were fast, they were agile, they could climb, they could kill. A race of Ancient builders admired that and treated the spiders as God's. To prove their allegiance to the spiders' queen, they created a giant temple they said was fit for the spider queen. As a gift for the builders generosity she gave a magical obelisk used as a barrier that protects the kingdom. She also gave a task, a command really, she wanted the whole world to pledge their allegiance to her. The builders got together and discussed what they should do, many ideas were tossed around until 1 got them thinking, they create the largest trading hub in the world, this would bring people together, bring them to the spider queen. To show the power of the spider queen and her children, the builders created a massive hotel that visitors could stay at and learn about the spiders power. When they pitched this idea to the spider queen, she really liked and decided to move into the kingdom she named Fenhaven. I tried with the lore, I have never done this so yeah.

Mogswamps the only minecraft youtuber i don't ger bored of. Seeing I DID CRAZY HARD THING IN MY HARDCORE WORLD gets old after awhile. Hardcore feels so bland for content since it's still normal minecraft you just can't die, but in those vids the "can't die" thing feels nonexistent cause once they get past the enderdragon it feels like that risk vanishes. But these feel different because the challange NEVER goes away. It feels like superlfat all throughout which makes you shocked when it doesn't look like superflat. I love these.

seeing Mog react to things they previously weren't able to obtain in superflat makes me unreasonably happy. People who play on normal generation are just normalized to things because they have access to everything. It really harkens back to when we first played Minecraft. The joy and fantasy we all experienced exploring a new world really fizzles out the more you play. it reminds me of one of my earliest memories playing Minecraft. It was with my brother. The textures were gross, there was the old villages, cats and ocelots were still the same thing, and we were spawning in blazes in creative mode to destroy a preloaded castle map. I was having so much fun scrolling through all the items in the creative menu and pulling something random out to see what it was or what it did. Thank you Mog for making me feel that curiosity again through your joy playing Minecraft.

according to the minecraft wiki, the loot table doesn't have amethyst shards. you can only get: emeralds, arrows, iron-ingots, trial keys, diamonds, blocks of emerald, blocks of diamond or The Creator (Music Box) Music Disc

The empty chests are intentional, they're meant to help with inventory management. You're supposed to dump loot and other random blocks in them for safe keeping while you complete the trials.

hearing how happy you are finding new items and the excited yessing brings back memories of when people use to have genuine reactions to finding diamonds for the first time. its so refreshing and nice. makes me want to get back into playing minecraft again and appreciate the little things in it some more XD

I know the mace is kind of already overpowered, but imagine if it did damage based on momentum so that a fly by hit with elytra would do insane damage? And then it would make sense to also give it an enchant that teleports drops into your inventory so that you don’t have to stop to collect them
