that worked for jody and natalie...let this young lady lead her own life and create her own path. also, i would STRONGLY advice against going to college which has crippled more 21 year olds financially than any credit card hacker ever has!! why pay all of that money just to learn what she is already doing? and if she decides she wants more training, she can ask her colleagues or take a course or two to brush up on something.

I love black exposures like this. We need to see more of this, instead of the crap on TV, we're usually exposed to. Blacks seeing other blacks in a positive light, like this, is what truly inspires them to do well. And there's no limit to what we can do.
