if there are two things Ehab likes; they're weightlifting and clapping during warm-ups
@allthingsgym8 жыл бұрын
Everybody who leads the warm up in any given session uses the clap to indicate change of direction and / or the start of a new movement to the others (that might wear headphones etc)

Man, do I miss these sessions with a squad! The Egyptian team is awesome! All passionate and dedicated lifters and they also know when to laugh and have fun. Mohamed Ehab is a legend. I wish him all the best! Training wise, I will only look at the lifting of athletes who treat a 70-kilo lift with the same focus as a 170-kilo lift; it's the only way to progress past a certain level. These vids are great. Thanks ATG!

man , the Egyptian team need some better blocks , they need something that will allow them to just throw the weight down , the way Mohamad is lowering the weight im more than sure it's causing some kind of fatigue for him , it might be slight but im sure it has some kind of effect , still amazing to see him lift the way he does anyway , thanks All Things Gym
@yoelrenzo8 жыл бұрын
In the interview Greg did to Ehab he told him that he likes to focus on the negative portion of the lift and train that specifically. So the way he lowers the weights is just part of how he likes to train
@25fnf8 жыл бұрын
oh ok i must of missed that part of the interview when i watched it , thank you for that, i just wonder what it is he will be able to actually lift if he did not do that , i think there would be a solid difference if you take into account the number of times he does it leading into his best lift
