He meant that State would not become biased in any terms and religion is no excuse for any atrocities . Indian govt also needs to follow his ideology and end their "double faced " behavior and give minorities the same treatment .Stop spreading hate and rather making false assumptions regarding others narratives and portraying the surface meaning stand up we can make the world better !
