So what is the configuration on SW10? Do you just configure the port as a trunk port with the vlans on it? Is there no special configuration needed to tell it that the other side is a QinQ?

Packet Tracer is very primitive in features. Use eve-ng, pnetlab, gns3, or cml with real images that support almost 99 percent of all features.

Even an iol image will be full featured and you can run the lab on your laptop
