Dear Bornwell, Mohanji says that the best prayer to offer Baba is a prayer of thanks and gratitude, focusing on what we have, rather than what we don't. As for worship, we can do it in the way that is best suited to our particular constitution, whether that be through seva( helping those in need), devotion, contemplating on his leelas and teachings or just remembering him with love.
