@SuperSamurai, the point is not to intellectually _understand_ ourselves, but to actually _realise_ ourself- the pure Soul within, which is a drop of the Cosmic Soul or Consciousness. This can be the journey of this life, or of many lifetimes to come, depending on the priority that we give to this matter. All of Mohanji's teachings are towards this end. Watching this video is probably the equivalent of dipping the tip of your toe in the Ocean.
