Mohinga | Mo Hin Khar | Burmese Noodle Soup

Mo Hin Khar or Mohinga is a national dish in Burma, it's a very famous Myanmar street food, the ingredients you will need are:
150 grams oil
1&1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3-4 blended onions
1 tsp turmeric
1&1/2 tbsp chilli powder
Salt accordingly
360 tinned tuna
3 litres of water
300 grams banana stalk
150 grams of shallots
Some fresh lemongrass
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp jaggery
5 tbsp of roasted rice flour
2 tbsp chickpea powder
