Hello, From Bhaktapur if you are in Durbar Square Area, then taxi will be better option to reach Balkhu, Kathmandu. From there, you can find vehicles heading towards Hetauda. They will drop you at the junction leading to Markhu and takes 30 min walk to reach Markhu. From Markhu it's 1 hour Hike to reach the waterfall. But, at this time of the year, the waterfall is dry. ( Local Bus would be confusing as they have many routes and need to hop on 2,3 bus to reach Balkhu. )
