Tu aaj jey banavlas is my soul food. I have been reading, listening to audio books...my mom is in Goa and I am in US so can't do much for her..feel guilty...so about potatoes..fry kelyanantar bajula thev ani methi partun ghey and shevti batate taak..that way they will be crispy. I have kids that are home from college so they do their online learning while I cook and clean and also do my school stuff..I am not bored either just tired for sure. Try to keep frying in slow flame. Then both aloo and methi would be nicely done to crispness. I learnt from my mom. Just the aloo does not stay crisp. Cooking when done in slower flame gives great effects ...be it anything.👍👍 I love to see your cooking vlogs now haha... I love aloo methi ...dal rice is such a humble and comfort food 👍👍👍 I love this sabzi with rotis ..I just devour them

In my country we make similar dish Dhal rice and bhaji/spinach but the spinach we dont put aloo. I am from the lovely island of trinidad. Remove the potato and add it after the bhaji is almost done

Love the simple and delicious meal My wife prepares Methi Aloo the same way and believe me it goes well with Chapati. Another dish I like is Methi with Moong Dhal. Great going 👍👍

Sauté methi first with very little oil and keep aside.. once potato mixture is ready just toss in the sautéed/cooked methi.. that keeps the color of the methi good... and also the crispness of potatoes.. great video 👍 this technique works great for methi chicken btw

Aapan gul takala in methi chi bhaaji chaav chaan yete!! To keep the potato crisp aapan tyala eka dish madhe kadun meethi shijavun jhali ka mag add kara end madhe before you serve!!! Also in daal add gul and coconut aajun bhaari laagel ❤️ i have been following you since a long time!
