Actually try using hot water next time as it helps to soften the sprouts in half time dat to widout loosing their nutritive value as well as it also helps to release reddish oil on top (tarriii).

Hi mohita.. I see you using garlic in your dishes.. so the quicker way to peal the skin of garlic pod is to put them in water for 5min n then it just peals like a boiled potato skin... Do try and let me know 🙂
