Try kheema, baji gurda,paya soup, brain fry with roti and kichdi in hyderabad and you will get this this only early in morning like in between 5:30 to 7:30 in paradise hotel or shaw gouse or alfa hotel.

This is Gujarati Thali from the ingredients and the yellow one is not Dhokla but "Khaman". Dhokla makes with Udal dal and rice flour

This thali made me hungry my dear beautiful dotty if that thali full of savories and paratha s costs say three hundred let me compare with bangalore food joint rates not hai no paratha s but white rice sambhar or thanks 50 rupees palate of white rice with chicken fry 150 to 200 rs say almost 3 dollars us uthin bangalore has the worst hotels with routine cosas and islia no imaginative innovative cooking I sincerely hope some real north indian hotel joints open in Bangalore to cater to the palates of food lovers

Don't know why but I feel that Mahabhog thali has more Gujrati style cooking then Punjabi, hence the sweetness in the Food and the famous Bajra Rotli.
