The True Stoty of the Tallano (TALA) Estate A complainant filed a civil case in Branch 111, Regional Trial Court, Pasay City and was docketed as Land Registration Court (LRC)/Civil Case No. 997-P. Through a motion by the Solicitor General of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines , the case was consolidated into LRC/Civil Case No. 3957-P in July 14, 1964 . Alongside, the return of the 617,000 metric tons of gold to a Filipino Royal Family. Several prominent landholders, businessmen and the deposed dictator ex-President Ferdinand E. Marcos were implicated. As the litigation progressed, different numbers of Original Certificate of Title (OCT) were presented.
In 1968, the Senate and the National Bureau of Investigation each conducted a separate investigation to determine which are valid. But the court declared only one mother title, two Transfer of Certificate of Titles and its owner as authentic. Consequently, leaving the other titles as null and void, no probative value and non-bankable. In February 4, 1972 , the presiding Judge Enrique Agana handed down the Decision with Compromise Agreement in consideration of sound judicial system and the Tagean-Tallano Clan. When Martial Law was imposed in September 21, 1972 , rapid reversal of the court decision occurred. A state of affair encapsulated in a documentary that sheds light on the proliferation of fake titles in the Philippines until now.

Most likely, Tagean was derived from Lakan Takhan, an earlier nobility related to Prince Balagtas who established the Kingdom of Namayan. Prince Balagtas was a child of Prince Soledan (founder of the Majapahit Empire in Java, Indonesia) and a Kapampangan princess named Dayang Sa Saban. They used to rule the Kingdom of Sapa now encompassing most of Central Luzon, including the ancient kingdom of Tondo as its capital.

"Maharlika" is not a kingdom but a warrior class among the citizens of the Kingdom of Luzon, a rajahnate that occupied a large portion of Luzon from Manila Bay to a large portion of Central Luzon. It existed between 1258-1571 and during this period, it co-existed with the Kingdom of Tondo in Luzon, an older kingdom that may have existed earlier than 900 AD (see Laguna Copperplate). The Kingdom of Tondo may have been indigenous to the Philippines, while the Kingdom of Luzon was most likely a settlement of the Srivijaya Empire (whose center was in Sumatra, Indonesia). At about 900 AD prior to the emergence of the Kingdom of Luzon, there were many other polities that existed in the Philippines. These were all likely to have been indigenous to the Philippines because the Srivijayan Empire pre-dated the Javan, Arab, Japanese, Korean and Bornean settlers. These included the Kingdom of Ma-i (most likely located in Mindoro); the Aetas, Igta, Bontoc, Ibaloi, Ifugao, Isneg, Kalinga, Kankanaey and Tinguian of Northern Luzon; the Mangyan of Southern Luzon; the Ati of the Visayas; various tribes in Palawan and Panay; and the Lumad of Mindanao. Because there were so many tribes and polities that existed in the Philippines prior to the emergence of the Kingdom of Luzon (and the rule of Rajah Soliman in 1558-1571, or the rule of Rajah Soliman's father, Rajah Salalila in the early 1500s), it is not possible for the Philippines to have been ruled, much less 'owned', by a single family. The indigenous peoples who lived in the land would not have accepted it.

Thats true, im a native of the cordillera mountains, they call us Igorots, others call us (may buntot). But how come our forefathers never told us such History.
