Khaman & Dhokla are different items. Nylon khaman is sweet & is known as khaman-dhokla outside of Gujarat but it's not dhokla. Also original surti khaman is not sweet rather spicy & somewhat tangy. Locho is hot & pasty version of surti khaman which is prepared with extra water for softness & gets enhanced with special masala along with oil or butter on top.
