How are these to be washed? By hand or is machine washable feasible. Should the Gel side out or does it matter.

You can't walk in them normally. Your socks are breaking if you walk in them. It stretches and breaks the silicone gel.

I wear a separate pair of socks to walk around. Mainly I sleep in these, since I'm all day in flip-flops. I got some for all my friends. No more cracked heels

Well.... it's been awhile- almost a yr. since you posted this!! ... can the socks be 'washed' for cleaning and used again. How would you clean them....in the washing machine??? I might actually wear mine today for 1st time - bought them several yrs. ago LOL. Maybe not since the gel feels a little 'sticky'.

I think since the silicone is infused, washing won’t be a good idea... but if you have nothing to lose, I would try hand-washing and then add lotion. 😅

Hand wash no washing machine or dryer. It says use for 2 hours at a time. They do work. I like mine, H by Halston pink pair.

Yeah they are stretchy silicone, but I think that’s maybe part of the reason they got little rips throughout the interior.

You hand wash them with a bit of soap then dry in a shaded area

just don't put on any creams or lotions before you put on the socks otherwise they won't stay on and they will slip and slide off

My feet looked exactly the same after using it twice - it just helped with the feeling of softer skin. This kind of product would never peel off rough callouses or anything like that.

I only used them a handful of times but it says on the listing that it can last longer than that. Up to you, I guess.
