I'm planning to buy a new bike and Mojo is one of my favourite bike however I may go for Dominar 400 considering the service network as compare to Mahindra. I don't wanna go for RE. I feel that creater (Mahindra) has killed it's own creation by not providing adequate upgradation and service network as compare to other bike brands. Your advice or suggestions are much appreciated 🙏

After watching your mojo abs bs4 review, I bought it. But there are some problems you did not mention. 1. Low ground clearance. Every time I cross a road bump with my pillion, Mojo hurts badly. Even my engine guard also broken once. 2. Very very very bad headlamp. I think only owl can ride Mojo at night. 3. Brakes. You praised Mojo brakes with ABS. But it has average braking system. Sometimes due to ABS MOJO don't stop where I want, it stops where abs wants. 4. There are also some quality issues. Pasting of logos are very bad. Mojo 3D logo broken with a little hurts. Rusts coming some places. 5. Paint quality is not good. 6. Pyrelli angle CT tyres are not up to mark for off roading like muddy road. ........ *Most important: after market service is very very very very very very bad. Mojo accessories are not easily accessible.

Always the best and honest review. Was waiting since May for this bike to launch. QUESTION: 1.Which is better in overall performance, reliability and go anywhere bike. HIMALAYAN, DOMINAR 400, or MOJO 300? 2. IF GIVEN A CHOICE.. MOJO OR HIMALAYAN ACCORDING TO YOU??
@beherabhagaban934 жыл бұрын
According to engine refinement, performance, all round use(which consist of off road, on road, city), service cost dominar is 1st, mojo is 2nd, 3rd is Himalayan. According to reliability wise mojo is 1st, dominar is 2nd and Himalayan is 3rd. According to availability of service centre, spare parts dominar and Himalayan are ahead of mojo. Becausr in almost all part of India their service centres are available. Mahindra seriously need to concentrate on these two aspects. Then only this bike will compete with others.

1. Mojo is a good choice in this. 2. I will now choose a Himalayan because I have started picking interest in off roads after riding the Xpulse 😁. Mojo is not less for off roads, but Himalayan does it bests, with out the highway touring factor.

Still a good deal in terms of quality for the money you pay. And the quality makes the cost of production high. The refinement level is slightly better than a few Japanese single cylinders in the segment. An Indian manufacturer has made such a nice bike and it deserves more attention. And lately yes more people have started appreciating it.

Is 186kgs not the kerb weight of the bike (full tank fuel, engine oil..). Since the fuel tank itself is 21 litres and normally one may not be riding full tank always, won't the bike be around 160-170kgs. Is this a fair understanding??

The bike has everything that a tourer motorcycle should have. Although looks are subjective but may be Mahindra can take a couple of months to re design the motorcycle once n for all. The bike has superb road presence, the only polarizing thing is that with its looks. Saw a post on autlouge's IG , it was a mojo with a edited headlight from tiger 800. Looked absolutely menacing! Mahindra should take a note from it. Apart from that, 21ltr fuel tank is biggest in the segment, rider's triangle is as good as Himalayan, sounds good too.

Front cowl spoiled the game and Mahindra simply not listening to consumers, Each and every gem right from engine, chassis, seating posture, gearbox falls behind the weird headlight assembly. A simple round headlamp with twin pot instrument cluster would have worked nicely. I hope Mahindra understands this.
@paavanshetty2674 жыл бұрын
I think this is a severely underrated bike. It's good to look....awesome tourer....and decently powerful (though a power hunger person like me will really need dominar levels of performance). But predominantly I think the price is a big killer for this bike. They have almost deleted all the USPs....upside down forks, dual exhaust (though that one has saved a lot of weight), LED DRLs....not a very informative speedo console (though I like the analog tacho very much).... really feel bad for all the efforts Mahindra took for this bike and then it falls on it face dead (not to say that the dominar is a hot selling cake!).
@farhankhan_rr4 жыл бұрын
Removing the USD forks and adding the telescopic forks with fork brace has made the bike way more nimble and a lot more accessible in the city and off road. You should try it to believe it. I had similar opinions like you before riding the new abs model. But the new abs is really fun in the city, off road and yet stable on the highway. The older xt300 with usd forks felt front heavy.

@ then you think wrong mate. There are such stretches. Tourers look for bikes that have functionality that aids them in the long haul. This one has it in lumps. They also look for a reliable machine. Mahindra looked at their service network and probably realised that since expanding it will take more time, let us make the bike bulletproof. The elimination of prone to breakage and leakage parts along with the seriously long service gaps ensure that this works. Also, a tourer hates taking pit stops when the rhythm is made. Looks are subjective but this one looks substantial and unique. Not a cheap hack job like say the dominar
