In Far Cry New Dawn you can buy a map to find scraps around the map. The description of the map you can buy is "Metal Gears. They're pretty Solid."

Since you counted Death Stranding I think you should've also included other Kojima games like Snatcher and the Metal Gear in that game. And the Metal Gear games have Easter eggs and references to his other games like the Policenauts poster and Zone of the Enders cardboard box in MGS2
