I went up to Cleveland over Christmas 2019. I went into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for the first time. Todd's picture is everywhere so even if he doesn't get into the Hall of Fame he's already in it. I was glad to see that. But of course he is because Cleveland loves him

I saw him in Tulsa (not Enid!) around a year before, and he was one of the most charismatic performers I've ever seen. He spent what seemed like the last half of the show walking up and down and top of the retaining wall in front of the stage, grasping hand after hand of those of us audience who had pressed up to the front.

Loved the old Agora. Could get in at age 18 and saw,so many great shows here as,well as so many of our great local cleveland bands. There will never be another Agora. Thanks for posting this video, i was in the back right and got ocassional glimpses of the stage. I think i will watch it again......

can u believe this back to the bars tour? just stunning. ibsaw them a couple days later at the world series of rock. and then clevelanders got to see this very show on tv on the latenight 'onstage at the agora' show. thats where these agora show videos come from. how lucky we were in the clev in those days!

Saw Todd once in Houston Tx. Too long ago to remember which joint - Back To The Bars tour though. Completely incredible. Will never forget it. Parked on someones lawn and had to get somebody to buy beer. Had a good smoke in my pocket. Never forget the night. Thank you Todd.

I hope to clarify some stuff - Yes the whole show ran live that night. I know because I sat in my parent's living room and watched it on the local TV station, while listening to it on the Buzzard WMMS on the stereo. Not all of what is on Back to the Bars is from this show but this song, remixed and mastered is the performance from BTTB. There is other stuff that wasn't used on that album from this concert, that was shown that night. Boy, would I love to get my hands on that!!!

@catgirl6717 Nope, I was too young to go to Cain's. I saw him at the Tulsa Civic Center (i.e. the ice hockey arena downtown). That's also where I saw Jethro Tull (twice - John Evan didn't even turn around when the naked girl jumped up on stage behind him during his piano solo), Yes (twice, unfortunately - the second time was very cursory), Jeff Beck with the Jan Hammer Group opening for the Mahavishnu Orchestra... and KISS. I walked out on KISS.

would be great to find the whole thing. I watched in on tv (CBS affiliate) in CLE in 1978. Didn't have a VCR back then! A lot of the shows recorded then were lost or stolen as station ownership changed. (WMMS radio, mainly.) Hope the rest turns up some day ...
