The civil administration had failed and responsibility of DC,s SPs SSP.s DIGs Should have been fixed for failing to discharge their duty of maintaining law and order and allowing weapons to ho in side the temple . The Home secy with these responsible should have been dismissed from service for failing to discharge their duties . The Indian system of governance is built on zero responsibility and accountability of IAS/IPS and other services .

Sikhs have done so much for this country but they are never celebrated. If india really is a secular country then there would have not been attack on golden temple and there would have not been demolition of babri masjid. India is definitely not a secular country.
