As of a few years ago, parts are still available, although they take a while to arrive. I had the best luck with an Enya #3 glow plug, but an OS F or #8 should be fine. A back flip of the prop should easily start it with a moderate prime. I would replace the O rings or the dial will rotate by itself when running, you may be able to get them at a hardware store. Someone commented about Moki radial engines, they are a different company. Nice score!

Years back this was the engine of choice for Midwest giant scale kits.

These Mokis really were the best made and performing large glows. To my mind, the only other large glow that was great was the OS 160FX. It didn’t run as well on 0% nitro, but burned far less fuel and made great power considering the fuel it burned. I had a Webra Speed 120 and always had problems with it going lean.

Yeah I would have gotten it too! I'll buy it from you when you're done with it if you feel like selling it ever! I've never owned a moki so far but I've seen them in planes flying before!

Also looking forward to run video, similar to the big Super Tigres I recently acquired a bored out big ST I would have to get it out but its apparently a S3000 series but at 37cc or 3750 Have you ever seen one of these? And wow 50 dollars 😮❤

It looks like the spacer/shim is actually expected, according to the diagram from moki, even weirder that it does not seem to fit properly or getting in the way of the screws.

Correct. I looked up the parts diagram also. It seems odd that it is not a perfect fit.

I was wondering about the MOKI engine. Didn't know the country of origin. Still in production? I saw a video with a 5 cyl MOKI over the weekend that sounded absolutely awesome! Standing deal... When you are finished with it I will give you $45 for it Haha! Thanks for educating me David.
