And I'm very energetic infact if I eat 3 meals a day then my body becomes slow..if I eat only one meal I will be energetic..and I'm doing it since 2 years and I dnt eat rice ..I eat broke wheat with curries and some health dessert one cup milk coffee that's my one meal a day.

Great work Sreemukhi, Chaitu, Shrusth. Great going all. I have also started Intermittent Fasting 2 months ago and i lost 10 kgs. Before starting i thought i cannot do fasting for 16 hours and after few days itself i was able to do OMAD (one meal day) and continuing. This should be life style change.

Eating seasonal fruits like Mango is a good thing and important too❤. But fasting window is different for Women as they have 21 - 22 day hormone cycle and during PMS, good Carbs requirement is high, therefore we can see an increase in appetite, we can decrease fasting window accordingly. Eating sugars after Protein intake can reduce Insulin spike😊

As a result of seeing this, I know what I am following. I eat only at night around 8 and don't eat during the day. I walk two kilometers to office and two kilometers back. I don't feel weak or gastic or burring in my stomach because I drink around 3.5 to 4 liters of water a day, but as Sreemukhi said, we don't know what will happen to us over time. Nevertheless, I lost weight and look good, feeling fresh. I lost 16kg in 4 months, and I'm 34 years old. I stopped drinking alcohol, gas kind of drinks as they kill the stomach very soon. so my suggestion please avoid alcohol and gas cool drinks. But night I will eat Whatever i wish and have it heavely.

Good thing emanate you guys recommended to take doctors advice and or nutritionist advice. For what it’s worth, my advice would be to reduce the quantity and increase the number of meals with each meal not bigger than what you can carry in your palm with half of it being green stuff. Also reduce or remove sugar from your diet. You’ll be at your best health 🫰
