I started intermittent fasting journey (18 hours fasting, 6 hours of eating window) for over a month and lost 10 kgs in the first 30 days. From last 5 days, I moved to OMAD diet where I started eating only once. I don't feel hunger pangs but I sometimes feel headaches, then I consume a pinch of pink salt in water. Great video BTW :) The BEST advice is... start small (fast for 14/16/18 hours, then gradually move to OMAD).

Hello Mam, It is my first comment. I don't do it generally. I lost 38 kgs using OMAD.It's been 3 years plus I do this as a routine. I usually teach people in general about these (it is not my profession). Please understand What exactly OMAD does? About Insulin, Ketosis and Why OMAD is called Warrior Diet. It is as simple as that if you eat once meaning only once remaining time it is strictly only water, green tea (without sugar or milk), Black coffee or any drinks that doesn't make insulin spike. Regarding that meal it is hard to eat so much at once time, But try to make it in two hours like slowly. Regarding eating veggis to eat first or apple cider vinegar why? becuase of insulin spike will reduce 30% and if you want to eat sweet then eat at the end of the meal (depends on your calorie count). If any one want to switch start with decreasing breakfast or skipping making two meals then one meal. Happy to support 🙂

@reethikakalvacherla9002 Yes True, I lost weight, I read previously comments and I thought to Give a try , then shocking I lost weight , I used to eat one meal at 2:30 pm and eat fruit at 7pm , sometimes if I'm hungry I used to have breakfast at 9 am , and used to have lunch at 3pm Like this I lost weight, on first day I lost around 400gms like that then I used to check my weight regularly, I saw changes

Excellent information ashmita garu!! You are always inspiring and a role model ofcourse,i just have a simple doubt can omad timings be 4pm or 5 pm,does it make a difference? I have been losing weight since last 6 months i lost 24 kgs till now,started my journey at 97 kgs and now at 73 !! It may help me i also fallow almost the same but in the night after my work out i take soup as a meal

Wow this is soooo amazing to hear! Great that someone’s here in the comments section who’s experienced results 😁 And I feel how you do it is subjective to your lifestyle! For us this is a convenient time hence we prefer it this way, you choose your path and do whatever suits you, Also since you’ve lost so much already , you know how to honor your body and hunger hence if you feel like a soup, just do the soup 😃 We have a few more kgs to go before we take the liberty to have little more than this!

Only problem is at some point my weight is stuck,which is quite disappointing after all the hardwork, after that I had to still do little more hardwork to move ( either or calorie burn or consumption which is exhaustive some times , but hard way no pain no gain 💪 kada.

Thank you for explaining in detail, I have a doubt.. chala mandiki due to whatsoever reasons/factors they can’t do diet life antha in such cases if suddenly OMAD apesthe weight gain ayye chances untaya ? Also slow weight loss is recommended antaru kada but in a span month 10kgs could be considered rapid right ? Alanti cases lo can we consider this change is healthy? Please try to answer Ashmita garu, I think this will clear doubt for many people.
