Little do we know the fact that, everyone have their own interest and things they are into. Even a famous Scientist of physician cant answer silly Question of Scientific name, named by Zoology Scientist. Yes Inabo, Android 9.0 Pie is the latest available version. Google will be releasing Android 10 named Q in the later part of this year. It is already available in beta version. Updates for phones and other devices might be available early 2020 or later part of this year.
