I think that's the way to fix her. If dimensional shift was on a 5 seconds cooldown every time you use it. Or maybe if it goes into cooldown if you don't get a successful attack when exiting it, kinda like Lynx with unrivalled assassin.

You had 7 chances of counterplay, the timing in which midnight re appears from shift is fixed, all you needed to do was start attacking right before she re appeared Doing this with the low attack will allow you to cancel her attack or even dodge ranged attacks if she tries that as well
