I have a Mokwheel and the customer service is awful! They don’t answer the phone or call you back or respond to emails. They don’t honor the warranty. If you buy a Mokwheel prepare to be on your own with any and all repairs afterwards.

**EXTREME BUYER BEWARE** Just warning you my brothers and sisters, this company has no integrity. Their service and support is virtually non-existent and the employees are very cantankerous and unhelpful. There are dozens of better options from other companies in the same price range. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Enjoyed your Mokwheel Obsidian report. Very thorough. I do have a question about your disclaimer at the end that because of it’s top speed and 1000w power it might have to be registered. How would my county know about my purchase of this bike? How would they even know what it's specs are? Is the dealer or if bought direct, the distributor required to notify my local vehicle enforcement and tax authorities of the purchase and disclose it’s specifications like they do with cars and trucks? And if bought used would it be legally incumbent on me to self register? I know in Europe and Canada (eh) that they won’t even allow the import of such bikes but I’ve heard nothing like that in USA. I'm giving California a pass because well it’s the state of the art in confusion, taxation and regulation. This bike tics almost all my boxes but damn I don’t need law enforcement involved

Pretty good for the type of ebike it is, except for requiring about a full rotation of the crank for a torque sensor ebike, but those fenders look as if they’re designed for smaller diameter tires (the curvature of the fenders is tighter than the tires).

The motor's responsiveness is definitely better when the sensitivity is adjusted all the way up, but we wish it shipped that way. I agree about the fenders, they were a tight fit.

Wired freedom is way better less Tham 2000 us dollars close to 40 m.p.h top speed and a 60 volt battery PAL

Wired Freedom is much better. Almost twice the power with its 60v system, considerably larger battery, better 3 position DNM rear shock, better front fork, and a throttle that is not crippled at 20mph. Can anyone explain the logic of selling a bike that is illegal to ride on any street by virtue of having a 1000 watt motor but with a 20mph thumb throttle? For that matter, how can you market a bike for hunting that does not have a rack? How are you supposed to carry your inverter, microwave, solar panels, and dead deer carcass?

The throttle speed can be increased through the settings menu, it just ships with the limit set at 20 mph.

Can you change up the power levels in each pedal assist through the settings in the display?

I guess a trailer seems like enough power to haul a carcass (not moose or elk) on a small trailer and if you are taking a microwave and solar panels just stay in the woods and eat him there.
