Mold Flow Simulation for Serial Cooling System l Solidworks Tutorial l

Simple simulation for cooling system which depends on pressure, temperature, flow rate and etc. This is serial cooling system which only has one inlet and outlet. In industries, usually manufacturers may have more than one cooling inlets and outlets. One inlet and outlet system is not preferable in industry because it can leads to poor heat transfer during cooling since one of the function of mold is to exchange heat with water. The temperature of water starts to decrease level-by-level and the last product near to outlet may insufficient of cooling if this system is applied. However this simulation carried out to observe the cooling path as well as can predict the temperature, pressure and flow rate applied in the cooling system.
