I'm still wondering, if its in a sealed bag where did the mold come from to start with. The Water? The bag? or did life just spontaneously erupt ... hmmm I think the answer is just " Blowing in the Wind" ....

The more experiment sets the more objective and accurate of the result.

Think of each bread as a trial of an experiment. More trials means more likely your conclusion is correct, and also decreases your percent chance of error. I could have an experiment of growing bean plants. My first bean plant grows to 23cm after 3 weeks. Does that mean ALL bean plants grow to 23cm in 3 weeks? No. My 2nd grows to 25cm in 2weeks and my 3rd grows 5cm after 3 weeks.

You can do weight or; Find the surface area and use a ruler to find the area of the mould spores. My science teacher actually gave me a clear grid sheet to do it with.
