I listened to this last night and i could feel the blood rushing to my pineal gland and it was like little bits of rock were being chipped away. My inner voice is more clear than ever and im able to visualize things again. Ive been on a path to re-open my mind and reach as high of a state of conciousness as possible. Consciousness is a gift to us as humans, this is exactly what God ment by being created in his image, and thank God I live in a time where the power of binaural beats has been discovered and put to use. Wish me luck on this journey, and i hope all of you are able to achieve your dreams and discover what your mind is truly capable of!

I have a terrible time when it comes to falling asleep and staying asleep. I also have racing thoughts, terrible anxiety on and off all throughout the day, PTSD. I’ve been trying to practice more mindfulness when my anxiety and racing thoughts flare up to help, especially when i go to sleep at night. Usually just finding something that sounds nice, meditative music will help. I put this one on and I’m a bit of a skeptic but after a few minutes… it’s almost hard to explain. My brain slowed down. It felt like a calm wash had come over me. I was just… at peace. The racing thoughts had stopped and the closest thing I can describe the sensation to is it was like my brain was wrapped in the softest and most cozy blanket

This actually calmed my racing thoughts down so well. I have a really hard time falling asleep because of racing thoughts. And I put this on with my earbuds and it was like it all went calm and quiet in my mind. There was focus but also peace. It’s hard to describe. No crazy dreams but a relief that my thoughts were able to go from constant chatter to almost nothing at all.
@spicynegra94k16 күн бұрын
@@diondotyx7015 this may be tedious to some but when I did "morning pages" it stopped a lot of chatter as well. I think it's kinda because you write out pretty much everything youre thinking so it gets rid of the noise. Morning pages are basically you kinda Journaling, but you do it as soon as you wake up. Write every little thing that comes to mind. No matter how silly and or crazy it is. It also helped with other things as well. 3 page is a minimum but can do more if you desire.

I discovered binaural beats, pineal gland activation etc etc in 2024. I have genuinely felt some benefits especially when studying etc but my concern is that how do we know we’re not being subliminally programmed into something else, some other form of consciousness or something or how do we know we’re not opening ourselves to other realms that we’re not supposed to??? Especially today with all this technological madness of evil vs good etc??? Very concerning…

It hurts a little bit, but in a good, odd and refreshing way. Something about this Frequency with beat frequency is perfect. I do many other practices relating to clearing the pineal gland. Such as avoiding toothpaste with flouride, non flouride water, and avoiding red meats, uncooked seafood or fish. and keeping my showers to a bare minimum to also avoid flouride exposure through my skin. And last but not least. I like to stare directly into the sun for about 10 minutes a day, or longer. depending how much i can stand to look at it that day. My vision is perfectly clear. My mind is spatially aware. im almost in a trance listening to this. Very nice quality sound and surround effects. 5 minutes in and im awake.

In a sense it is true. But since you are alive , everything matters , in the grand scheme of things. If you look from your own eyes , you realize that you matter to yourself , which is the true thing that tramples the lie that nothing matters.

After I was diagnosed with cancer in 2023, I found myself having the first surgery of my 58 year old life. My life changed drastically for the 4th time. Reintroducing myself to my teenage self who knew exactly what he wanted to do until his 15 year old girlfriend told him she was pregnant which caused a cacophony of bad choices trying to correct the first mistake. Which was embraced by the two 15year old parents who made a plan to save their family. This tragically ended with the parents forcing an abortion and devastating us. We stayed together but later parted due to one going to college and the other going to the military.
