At 2.31 thts phospho ester Bond... I guess Phospho diester is formed Between two nucleosidic unit I.e.when phosphoric acid group is bonded with Cno 5 and tht of C no 3 of other nucleoside.. 🤔🤔

The bond between phosphosphate group and Pentose sugar is phosphoester and not phosphodiester.....the bond of phosphate group between two successive pentose sugar is phosphodiester i.e one bond with upper pentose sugar and the other one with lower.

Sorry to say mam but it is not transcription you did not told Ciston promoter structural gene and terminator region and about core enzymes function and hn - Rna formarmtion This is transcription and what u explained is splicing process only mam
