The apparition looks like it's wearing a white coat like a doctor's or lab tech's coat. Swinging one arm like an orderly would do if pushing something through the tunnel. Being a former sanatorium, this makes sense. What you saw was residual like a recording of the past replaying. Awesome catch.

The apparition is the very BEST evidence I've EVER seen filmed. This is paranormal GOLD. You can clearly see the swinging of their arm as they walk! You hit the jackpot...even though I know the experience had to be so frightening! 😱 the person at the end? Can't know for sure. When exploring places that is dark and creepy...I always bring an emergency glow sticks in case my flashlights goes out. Going in basement or tunnels like that in the video...you don't wanna be in the dark trying to find your way out and all you have is your smartphone light to guide you out.

This is probably the best ghost video I've ever seen. You can literally see it's arms swaying as it walks. It also looks transparent, and you can't even see a head or legs. Looks like a lab coat, floating. If this happened to ME, I'd probably still be disturbed. Your vids just get better, and better brother. Edit: I was curious to learn more about this place, or see other explorations, and the only videos I saw, the people didn't go into pitch black areas, nor the basement. Just goes to show how brave this guy really is. Also, I've seen people say, they got arrested trying to explore here. Sucks cause I want to drive there some day and explore it.

You could still do it. There's actually some days where there's a few ppl there out in the parking lot & just walking the outside grounds. But I can tell you that Molly Starks Sanatorium is one CREEPY place. Just standing outside it you can feel that you are being watch from within its windows & walls.

Somewhat new here, but i too have explored the molly stark in 2020, including the tunnels at very weird hours of the night. I unfortunately never caught anything on camera but heard whispering and disembodied voices down there plain as day. Thank you for sharing and confirming there is paranormal energy down in there. This is why I like your videos better than the videos of the other urban explorers. The reason? 1. You don't have background music or sounds that don't allow hearing the real sounds of those abandoned places. 2. They don't have that excessive and exaggerated use of the famous "ghost boxes" to capture voices. 3. It does not talk a lot in its tours, and does not shout and does not make "performances" as if it were a movie and investigates and tries to calm down to see what it is. 4. He makes an introduction at the beginning of the video of the site he is going to explore and not during the whole video. 5. You can hear perfectly the sounds generated by these abandoned sites. There are videos of other explorers that are almost impossible to watch in their entirety, in many moments they shout and play sounds in the background, which ruins the natural sounds of the place.

this place is haunted. i am NOT a ghost hunter but i went by once didnt even go inside and took a few photos and you can see in one a whole person standing in the window. i took multiple photos of the same stop ones without flash as well and when i didnt have my flash one there was a camera glitch right over that window

I’m pretty sure there was somebody else in the building, judging by the figure showing up in the latter footage. As for the ghost. I don’t know, and that’s the best answer when talking about apparitions. It moved very strange, and the batteries draining or the camera losing focus is very typical when encountering apparitions. There is probably an electromagnetic link of sorts. In any case, I don’t think ghosts, genuine cases of ghosts, are spirits of the dead, but rather, some form of psychic residues left behind after death. The Soul may cross over to the next dream, but figments of the dying personality may be left behind. These residues may even have some marginal form of awareness and very basic intelligence, which could explain their erratic, almost childlike, behavior. Of course, I cannot prove anything of this; i’m not a parapsychologist, I’m just some guy who likes to think about these things. Anyway, I hope that you bring a mask of sorts when you explore some of these places. Those tunnels seem to have all sorts of toxic construction materials and asbestos just laying around.

A few years ago, I explored the old Manteno State Hospital ( a former sanitorium about 40 miles south of Chicago) with a small group of friends. Only one building remained on what was a sprawling campus, but it was a lot like this inside, I wish we had quality video to review of the place. It's notoriously haunted but we didn't experience anything strange like that, the place certainly lends itself to that vibe though. The fact that you go into these places solo takes some balls haha, I have a feeling that if I had gone in alone I would have been on edge. Love these vids dude. Edit after watching the whole vid: You have some of the most remarkable paranormal evidence I've ever seen in some of these videos, I mainly started checking your channel through an interest in normal Urbex stuff, I didn't expect this. I've had a variety of paranormal experiences since childhood and although I don't think about it much anymore, for a time I tried figuring out what they were, how they could be rationalized or otherwise explained. For a few I was able to posit explanations that are not supernatural, one in particular I cannot (if you're ever in Juno Alaska, book a few nights at the Alaskan Hotel there). For experiences that seem outside the purely psychological, I developed an idea based on subtle neurological changes brought about by sub audible tones and noises produced by the movement of old/unsecured piping likely found in vintage buildings. Brain response to these tones could heighten your awareness of strange phenomena, that is, what you are perceiving as an apparition could genuinely be such. Since this still occurs as a consequence of neural activity and manifesting in your perception, that could not explain the possibility of capturing an apparition on a camera or other device, for something to appear on the lens it has to be either an anomaly produced by light or it has to be something quite readily visible. That's why I almost always chalk up evidence like this to being a strange but ultimately benign equipment based glitch or a downright forgery. Your footage on the other hand is far too remarkable to write off. At first I wondered if the apparition from the tunnel could be created by the lens, from a light reflecting off that steel drum at the end of the hall, but in order for that to be the case it couldn't move like it did. You were standing still and if the lens adjustment was creating the appearance of movement, the image would likely expand before disappearing, given a lens' convex shape. This footage amazes me because it clearly looks like 2 arms swaying beside a human back, moreover the length of the back, resembles not just clothing, but a doctor's lab coat, very eerie. The image at the end, resembles a human female face to such a startling degree, the way it bobs up and down slightly as it comes towards the railing is the same type of movement you'd see from a human walking. If that was indeed human it was either a living person squatting the building or a paranormal phenomena, it's lack of transparency makes it even more startling if the the later is true. Really great footage man, thanks for challenging my assumption that these things can't be captured on film.

Dude. I know I'm a year late to this party, but I have been into paranormal shows since forever (and I'm 55), and this is some of THEE BEST and most convincing footage I've ever seen. One thing I have to ask: Is it possible that it was a person, and they quickly ducked back into the darkness, then climbed up into one of those round openings in the ceiling? That's the only thing I can think of other than it being a ghost. Either way, that's some insane footage! You got my eyes watering!

Your channel has to be one of the few very best. Normally when you're watching ghost explorations. There are any large groups and everyone's usually screaming or talking to all of the evidence. Hello URBEX HILL and thank you so much for taking the adventure through Molly Stark! I frequent Molly Stark for macro bug photos but never go inside. I have always wanted to though because I have had some paranormal experiences on the outside even during the day! I have met a few people who had worked at Molly when it was opened and even then things happened in the tunnels from what they said. One of the tunnels use to go to a morgue and cemetery to back of the property. This older gentleman I met once said he heard the carts they used for the dead going down that tunnel even when no one was there! I personally had an encounter with a deceased young lady named Elizabeth from there. When I spoke about this to my grandmother she said she recalled a young lady who always sat on the front steps named Elizabeth. Elizabeth followed me home once when I lived on Frana Clara St. in Louisville about five minutes from Molly Stark. It was an experience I will never ever forget! Again though thank you so much for being so brave and checking Molly Stark out!
