The Cae Sal Queen Strikes Again: Pizza Edition

This week, we bring an unpublished video out from the archives, and it's a good one because Molly combines two of our favorite things: Caesar Salad and PIZZA!!!!
While this video is basically two recipes in one, it's also relatively easy and super adaptable - you can dress the salad as you wish, top the pizza how you want, and make the Cae Sal Pizza of YOUR dreams. There's not much else for us to say. Just watch the damn vid already!!!
INGREDIENTS:
PRODUCE:
6 garlic cloves
1 lemon
2 celery stalks
12 ounces little gems and/or mixed chicories
2 big handfuls baby arugula
Big handful parsley and/or basil leaves
PANTRY:
5 anchovy filets in oil
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
Red pepper flakes
Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, plus more
DAIRY:
6 ounces fresh mozzarella
⅓ cup fresh ricotta
¼ cup grated parmigiano-reggiano, plus more for serving
MISC:
1¼ to 1½ pounds store bought pizza dough

Congrats Mollly! Great Recipe! and yes those nice, high quality bowls ring like a bell. That shows quality. I have a bunch of old Scandia enameled steel bowls and one way you can check to see if they are cracked is to strike them with a finger or a wooden spoon and if they ring, they are good. if they don't ring, they are cracked or of poor quality

Needed this! The pizza shop in my college town used to have Caesar Pizza on the menu and it was discontinued last time I went!!

Recently got hit with a lot of dietary restrictions for health reasons, and most everything in a Caesar salad is pretty safe for me to eat! Plus, I can sub regular pizza dough for a gluten-free alternative so my stomach doesn't churn. Overall, the Cae Sal pizza sounds like a fun idea! Looking forward to trying it sometime
