It can be very hard to tell, some people are truly nicer than most other people are, others can seem nicer than most most other people and it's a con, if so something very bad is up. Sadly the fist type of people I mentioned suffer because they can seem to good to be true, when they only mean well, and want to show kindness. I am by nature like a lot of my family on the Island of Malta. Even though I live in the USA, I usually am more than average kind to everyone. Especially if someone inspires me, or has an infectious positive spirit that makes everyone around him or her either feel very happy are very jealous, especially if the person is a female, I believe that a guy should always show respect to a lady, that is the way most of my family in Malta is, or was when I was younger. I don't spend as much time in Malta as I used to. I am not in to the every guy gives a lady a greeting kiss as they are. Yet the kindness to ladies part really became a part of me.

Ok, people (not just Molly) if a creepy guy is bothering you like this (because a 40 year old guy coming on to a 21 year old is definitely creepy) you can just tell him no. If he asks you to go swimming, just say no. He hopefully most likely won't become aggressive or anything, if you're in public anyway. And if he does you can always call the cops or security or just start screaming. I notice a lot of girls and women are so afraid to say no, a situation can escalate until the creep thinks it is okay what he is doing, because you never showed any sign that you do not want him there (of course this doesn't mean I blame victims in any way!)
@kasiamleczarska90787 жыл бұрын
That's true. I actually tend to make excuses and be very gentle, so that a guy understands that it's a no, but also doesn't feel embarassed. And sometimes it works, but sometimes they just think that I'm not assertive and that I'm an easy target. Luckily it doesn't take much time for them to realise that's not the case. :P
@PoisonTheOgres7 жыл бұрын
Lucy Love I know there are a lot of horrible things that have happened, but I also think that if you immediately let a guy know (politely) that you aren't interested, he is more likely to just let it go. If you already went swimming with him, or let him buy you a drink he might feel entitled to more, or he might think you are an easy target.
@SilverFlame-1376 жыл бұрын
That might work for some people but I'm not willing to risk my safety and that of my service dog. And someone that insistent wouldn't have taken no for an answer. They would see anything as a reason to keep coming after you.

Dude, something like this happened to my sister when she went on a cruise to the Dominican Republic. She's like 6 foot tall and muscular as shit and some guys tried to take her and they barely made it back to the ship on time. I was surrounded in El Salvador by a bunch of guys but luckily I had a group of like 20 people that they didn't know I was with that protected me and got me on a bus back to our base asap. It's fucking terrifying. She and I are both natural redheads though and would fetch a high price as sex slaves. I refuse to go anywhere alone now. Even locally here in the states, sex trafficking is so bad. My sister and I were followed multiple times in our local Target store.
