Upon waking yesterday, i immediately received a download that said “welcome to the age of Aquarius.” As soon as I opened my window the day was gorgeous. I strongly felt like we’ve entered into this new era. The night prior to this, I felt an intense shedding of an old version of myself. It just gets better with each Meditation Session. I feel we get downloads, and releases of the non supporting energies, expand the Soul Energy within us as we gain a Higher frequency, and each experience their unique needs through meditation. 🔑 Appreciation Sessions, a time when we focus on any subject that we appreciate, taking time to feel the feeling of our appreciation, and describe how we appreciate it, letting the momentum of this build and adding any other subjects, a sort of positive rant. These are said to be as valuable, occasionally moreso, as Meditation, for raising our Vibe, illuminating our energy and Aura, and expanding our energy. ✨ 🔑 Feeling "Satisfaction", every point/task, practice , etc, that we complete towards having a desire gives a "Feeling of Satisfaction"! This is a Higher Vibe Energy, and to be conscious of this we can set in it and "expand upon it" with a pause to do just that, and/or to do an Appreciation Session while in that State of Satisfaction an even more powerful value. These are the more valuable keys for our being in the Higher Vibe Frequency zone, and redundancy brings them into a habit that serves us so well. Lastly, a key point to realize is: 🔑 "Playing in Our Passions" is a method to be in our Higher Vibe Frequency. Whatever creative subject we enjoy, or sport, dancing, music, etc, the statement: "If it feels good, Do it!" was meant for this purpose, "High Vibe and Happy!" Wow so spot on, my Capricorn Dad and his partner over the last 2 years were so bringing that capricorn worried "how are you going to accomplish" filling me with self doubt, feelings of defeat and too much pressure, I've had major issues with my jaw/teeth and ended up moving away to recover mySELF. Capricorn rules my 4th house/IC, I've undertaken massive responsibility over the past 16 years being a solo mama, carrying it all by myself now my daughter has recently moved out of home and I'm envisioning what the next chapter of my life looks like, astrology truly is phenomenal sometimes. Wow 😮 five minutes into this video I paused to go take a look at a journal from when Pluto went into Capi. I found one from 2009, it was very eye opening. I’m a very different person today. I was at the very beginning of ending the negative self talk, self shame and guilt. That doesn’t exist today. I also was at the very kernel of an idea of what my true calling was. I whispered it onto the page of that journal hoping it might be true. Here I am literally pouring the foundation, lumber, windows, skylights and front door purchased to build an art studio on our property so I can work and teach. I went through similar symptoms around 2012. It turned out to be that my iron level was suboptimal (not even technically considered deficiency.) It showed up on a full iron lab where they tested my ferritin levels, and once I began iron supplements it helped a lot. That said, I think it was exacerbated by changes in the energetics and how my body responded - I just needed more iron to handle it! You might ask for a full iron panel if you haven't had one. It is extremely common to be low.

This is absolutely fascinating. The Pluto/Cap 'voice' has been within (Natal Sat/Cap 3rd house) - predisposition to hearing "you're a broken pos". Thanks Molly. 🙏🏽 I do feel the energy changing and if it wasnt for astrology (pluto for the 4th time on 0d aquarius) I could not be positively excited anymore. (Natal pluto in can and moon 29d cap). So I am going to give in to the positive vibe without being afraid to be ‘disappointed again’. ‘A blockage’ in the last two years? YESSS!!! Molly my son (adult) is going through an unsettling time in his very successful career (architecture) for a large US firm, also he has to work out issues in his marriage. So I looked at his chart and he has Chiron at 19 degrees of Aries in his 4th house he is also Sun in Aries at 8 degrees in his 4th house. This seems to tap into your show detail almost exactly! Molly I find it hard when “others” don’t tap into astrology but try to point them in the right direction from what I learn myself! I don’t know how significant these birth degrees are for him!

2 nights ago on the 19th I was stuck in a hypnogogic state after going to sleep and was hearing noises that influence my partner and I subconsciously. Hard to explain. It was like our anxieties expressed as sounds, and we hear them subconsciously. I felt like it was important for me to become aware of them. Very interesting that you said we might be hearing new frequencies/noises.

2°neptune in Sagittarius 7.44° sun in Sagittarius new moon on my birthday is also have Jupiter at 15° and mercury at 27° Sagittarius my rising is 24.50 Sagittarius. So mercury retrograde is working with a lot of my placements. I have Venus in Capricorn also. Plus north node 2° Aquarius and saturn in gemini. So pluto will go over my north node in a few years.
