Thanks Fred, the key is the Raclette cheese. You can get it in any decent grocery store. Very tasty! Hope you and Joi and The Dawgs are doing well!

Hi Rivet. I had not heard of Raclette before now and it looks amazing in the molten state. A quick search has found a few Raclette recipes besides yours. Amazon has a Raclette tabletop grill I've got my eye on. It would be perfect for melting the cheese for this recipe. I'm definitely going to give this a go as soon as I can track down the cheese. Hi John, yes I've seen that tabletop grill for the cheese, it's very cool. The cheese melts so easily and nicely in the oven, I think the table top grill would be more for the "oh wow" entertaining factor. I think I still want one though. Hope you can get hold of the Raclette, it is truly a delicious cheese!
