The Detective was 100% justified in his behavior. This woman killed her own child and did everything she could to blame ANYONE else. "I was protecting my son!!" From WHAT?! He was 2. He wasn't going to be charged and go to prison. Get real lady. That was the stupidest defense ever. The proof it wasn't true is all the things she did and said right after the shooting. Hiding the weapon, destroying her phone, rearranging the scene, blaming everyone possible until each was proven not to be the shooter, and THEN..... settling on her 2 year old son as the scape goat and trying to explain away all her lies with claims of "trying to protect" him. But it makes no sense. If a 2 year old accidentally shot his sister, she should have said it from the start instead of all the (guilty) nonsense she did.

He definitely wasn't out of line he didn't jump in her face he just stood up. He raised his voice out frustration because a parent who loves their kid as she says she does would take this seriously

Well considering all of her children were biracial with black fathers this all makes so much sense when considering the likely dynamics of their coparenting relationship. These relationships are some of the most toxic due to suppressed racial biases and stereotyping from BOTH sides. Absolutely devastating that this little angel likely got caught up her parents mess.

Did Gavin do it and she didn't want to get in trouble for allowing her 2 year old to have access to her firearm? Did a boyfriend do it and she's protecting him? Did she do it out of frustration then immediately regret it? IDK buvFor her daughters sake I wish she would just tell the truth. 😪

Classic interrogation tactic. When they know someone is lying, they offer up an explanation to the defendant, something that does not implicate them, and then they go with that.

1) she sounds like she is telling a story without emotions…trying to take attention away from herself by telling more stories…not talking about her daughters death…talking about poor her being the victim/self preservation. 2) lies about a random man going in her house all of a sudden and shooting Destiny 3) blames Destiny’s dad 4) blames the 2 yr old 5) daughter is shot in chest bleeding out and she is busy outside getting rid of gun by throwing it in bushes, messaging a guy to come pick it up for her and take it-that she “got his back.” Then trying to get a stranger at the hospital to take her phone because the police will want it.

I know that she's lying, and that's the point of this interaction, but it seems crazy that they're both in the room at the same time. If I was Robin, I'd feel cornered. Her daughter died. If you are innocent you dont first blame an unknown intruder, Oliver’s biological father and lastly claiming her two-year-old son shot his sister by mistake. She admitted to wipe down and hide the gun. Its exactly like the cop said, she was more worried about her phone, than the death of her 5 yo little girl. Listen to the 911 call again, she is eerie calm.

She took drugs two minutes before she gave birth at a toilet, the children should have been taking away from her, then her daughter would still be alive. Uhhh talk about a FLASE CLICKBAIT TITLE for this video….. She wasn’t charged with shooting her daughter…. That’s not what happened. She was charged with negligence among other things because she had a loaded gun unsecured in her house and her two year old son got to it and accidentally shot her young daughter in the chest. She didn’t shoot anybody. Tf. If you are going to make a video about something get the damn facts right. Downvoted 👎
