It's unlcear if you are adopted would your parents react the same. Or if there's a step-parent situation or if the dad isn't really the father. They mainly focused on the one family and a few others where the parentage seems clear. But I would think orphans in an orphanage would definitely be safe.

I'm disappointed that the grandma lost the fight against the mom, she didn't even get any hits on her. The grandma had kitchen knives around her, at least be able to tackle Kendal. It would be ideal if the way Kendal passed out was from the grandma, but the grandma would still meet her fate.
