This 82 year old micro home was built by the late Walter H. and Annie Ellen Barrett in 1929. It has since been made into a wing of the current Barrett Residence in 1998. Although we lived in poverty for many years we managed to gradually upgrade our standard of living, and this home is now a memorial to my hard working and industrious parents. I will never forget them.
They never gave up, and they never stopped trying - remember that!
