Seems good for heating water for freeze dried food.

amazing that the old Eriba Puck design, is still going strong. Not saying that Meerkat did not vastly approve, it looks great

This is NOT helpful. What I want to see is the individual trailers with their prices and features. This is useless.

Or you could just go to their website and do a build your own and get a price.

Thanks Kent, went to the site but cannot find the blue plancha, which is what I really want. Do you know where I can get a blue one??
@johninwi39947 жыл бұрын
Felicia Harris Hello Felicia. I see you like the blue version. I have two of them but in black and I prefer the black color. Over time you will have scorch or burn marks coming out of the front chamber which will blacken the front of it. Much harder to see any burn marks when it is already painted black.
@KentGriswold7 жыл бұрын
I don't think they make them in blue any more unless you can find a used one somewhere.

A very thoughtfully well designed home. I love the bathroom with its easy access and the layout and space of each room. The sleeping loft is great idea for overnight guests. I like the fact that there are two entrances. I have just two suggestions: Remove the microwave from the top of the fridge and also provide more easily accessible storage options in the kitchen; perhaps remove the pantry and place a base unit with deep drawers (for storage of pots and pans or dry goods) and/or a base cabinet with pull out shelving which would be more practical for those with limited access to overhead cabinets. These are just suggestions of what would work for me and I understand that everyone's situation is different. Great price too, at $65,000.

Wow, great house design! I saw this video a couple of years ago and spent a whole day looking for it on KZbin without success under "small house for the handicapped" and "tiny house for the elderly" and other similar search terms. No luck! Today, voila, it came up under my youtube recommendations.

The house that started the tiny house movement! I fit this house now, thank God I lost 140 pounds. This is my goal to as a minimalist with an edible landscape, Aquaponics, a few chickens, as a prepper, etc thank you for paving the way. Now to find an eco village nearest to me.

Lots od storage and I like the head room in the loft, but where do you sit?
@howabouthetruth215710 жыл бұрын
Of course not, he used up the whole thing on shelving & storage. With this design, I guess ya have to go outside or up into the loft to sit or have company.
@howabouthetruth215710 жыл бұрын
Hey, to each his/her own, but all this guy did was build a trailer full of storage and THAT'S IT. He has some great wiring & plumbing set ups, but I just had to laugh when both the camera guy and the owner said "not enough storage in the other designs". In the kitchen, opposite of the counter top, under the bank of windows, that looks TERRIBLE. I watched all 4 videos, waiting to see the LIVING AREA, HELLO!!! This is nothing more than a work trailer with a kitchenette & shower & head. Folks, if ya wanna see the tiny house on wheels that has them ALL beat, go to the youtube channel "Living big in a tiny house" and see the home that Brett Sutherland built. It's hands down the smartest design with STAIRS that don't hog up space, and HEAD ROOM UPSTAIRS. PLUS, Brett could seat 8 people in his living area no problem. Check it out. I plan on building the same design as Brett's, and I've looked at them all. A person can always tweak storage layout a little, but his ROOF/STAIR design is TOPS. And his living room & kitchen are very spacious as well. This guy doesn't need a tiny house, he wants a work shop on wheels. And that's all he did here. A woman would be PISSED with this one. His tools & STUFF has more of a home than he will in this one. It just misses the whole POINT. Not "homey" AT ALL.

Love the video, it is clear and concise and easy to follow; in fact, it can be used as the basis for any number of configurations and designs because your video shows the practical steps involved in building a tiny home. Thank-you for taking the time to share.
