I'm here for the tips! My own hair is so prone to knotting at the nape of my neck like that. My hairdresser advised leave in conditioner but honestly it hasn't made much of a difference. Can't wait to see what others advise x

Honestly what worked was taking an hour and 15 min getting every single knot out and then I always braid and brush her hair wet. Since then, zero issues! Yay
