I like how much appreciation and understanding of how Tupac Shakur articulated the everyday struggles the people in my community had to and some still have to face and endure. I remember as a kid in the 90' my mother wouldn't allow us to listen to Mr. Shakur until I had her listen to "Dear Mama"😊 but my dad would blast his music when she was not home... #memories😂

I think you should dig a little deeper into Pac and who he was. His upbringing etc. Dude was not a thug like you think. He went to a performing arts school. He was a poet, an actor, and actually started as a dancer. Think about digital underground. He went through a lot and i think the thug life thing was his "trauma response." Him rebelling and allowing himself to be used by the industry. Tupac wasnt violent but believed in self defense because he was raised by a panther. Very problack. Before he went through the ills of the industry and all that he had a very different perspective of life. If Pac was alive im sure he wouldnt like any politics but Im sure he would acknowledge the fact that having the first Black President meant something although he would have been disappointed that Obama didnt do more for specifically the Black community. But I will tell you he would have 100% hated Trump because hes in your face racist
@RapItUp4110 ай бұрын
I would like to know what proof people have of Trump being racist towards the black race other than all the media outlets telling everyone so? Other races I can't speak on really, I can see how the whole border issue makes Him sound racist towards certain people and I don't agree with Him on the border. I am not saying He is the savior of mankind like some of His supporters do but He is simply better than the democrats so thats why I support Him. I don't know this for sure but it's very possible Tupac might have known Trump being at Tysons fights through the years which Trump had a hand in sometimes. Of course that doesn't mean He would have supported Him but I don't think He would have just believed He is racist because the news said so. As far as Obama He has supported every perverted thing possible (gay marriage, gender reassignment on kids, men going in to women's bathrooms thelgbt agenda being taught to kids) and there is no way Tupac would have ever supported that garbage. As far as Tupac's life yes I know He was a poet, I'm pretty sure I mentioned that to My mother on one of the videos, if not I have told Her about that off camera. Did it ever sound like I was condemning anything He did? If so that was definitely not my intention

17:54 It's a conversation he's having with a drug dealer. Tupac: "Being real don't appeal to the brother in you. You gotta operate the easy way" Drug dealer: "I made a G (a grand) today" Tupac: " But you made it in a sleazy way. Selling crack to the kids." Drug dealer: "I gotta get paid" Tupac: "Well hey. (I guess) that's the way it is." 🤷♂ He wasn't justifying it. He's just showing the mentality of the people involved in a desperate situation and saying that it is what it is.

@RapItUp4110 ай бұрын
Yeah I guess they would if they could get away with it as much. But it would be very difficult for it to be the same with the cams now. To be honest though if something is on there they don't like can't they just destroy the footage? I really don't know who watches it or anything. People that want to do wrong and be corrupt will find ways unfortunately . I guess I was meaning how cops really are , what they think. That probably hasn't changed but they do have to be more careful now
@hybrid.catastrophic.impact607110 ай бұрын
@straightandproud41 I get where you are coming from and obviously if they could get away with it, more would probably do it. The thing is, a lot of people do Facebook live so people see it as it occurs, also people can literally send to the video to a friend or email in case the police try to erase the footage. It definitely more difficult now, but it's less.
@RapItUp4110 ай бұрын
@hybrid.catastrophic.impact6071 yeah it's good all the tech does exist now for sure. @bigb249410 ай бұрын
It's just as prevalent today as it always have been, they've just found better ways to cover up. Until the day cops are fired for turning off their body cams and police departments aren't put in charge of investigating their own, nothing will change. It's just good PR

You lost me with the Barack being the worst president. I appreciate your love for Tupac's music but he would have definitely love the fact that Barack was president and would have probably campaigned for him. Don't really understand how you interpreted him any other way being a black man and all. And another things, Barack took over after the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression and was responsible for navigating American through it. To suggest he was the worst President ever is interesting.
@RapItUp4110 ай бұрын
I really don't know how things were economy wise. It seems like they were pretty bad but for arguments sake let's say He was the best president ever in that aspect. When I call Him the worst president I'm talking about the perverted and evil things He made legal and approved of. Made gay marriage legal, and yes it was already legal in some places but He made it everywhere in the country. Approves of abortion, again not the first but wrong nonetheless. Made it legal for men to go in to women's bathrooms and vice versa. Approves of all the gender identity nonsense, thinks men should be called women if that's how they see themselves. Wants this perversion to be taught in school to kids, don't know if He made that legal or not but definitely approves of it. I don't think 2pac would have approved of any of Obamas morals. I couldn't careless what color the man is but He is evil for approving these things and supporting them to this day and I don't think just because He is black 2pac would have supported Him. That's why I call Him the worst. Thanks for watching and I look forward to Your response
@jamesstovall183910 ай бұрын
@@RapItUp41 Bro you sound out of your mind and severely ignorant. So let me understand your foolery, Obama is ignorant because he "made it legal for men to go into the women's bathrooms and vice versa". I believe the argument was a little more complex than that, also you said Tupac would not have approved of Obama's morals??. Dude I love Tupac like most black people do but you do realize even He called himself a Thug on many of his songs, so you just say things just to say them without having any real thought behind it. I bet you think Trump has more morals than Obama.
@RapItUp4110 ай бұрын
@@jamesstovall1839 How is it more complex than that? It's simple, it's wrong and sickening what He approves of. 2pac called Himself a thug? What does that have to do with anything?
