I’ve seen this storyline before but it was set in the historic period. There are at least 3 different dramas set in the historic period. The 1st one I ever watched was the best. That one had 3 kids, 2 boys and the baby sister. The other 2 I’ve seen only had 2 kids, the elder brother and the baby girl. Unfortunately, I can’t find any of them any more. 😢😢😢😢😢

Koko might be the cutest baby ever. And super talented. I watched a few of her scenes a couple of times, especially when she was saying feed her scumbag Dad so he could dye. So funny. Also, the father had absolutely no loyalties to anyone. Spoiler alert...but I can't believe he killed/harmed his 2nd family like that. Wild. I've seen this story trope mostly set in the past but having it in the modern times didn't take too much away from it. I enjoyed it, especially baby girl. I recommend

I struggled with this as its my first modern version remake. It just doesn't translate from historic setting. Modern limitations: Police for poisoning, call the police for attempted murder and a big divorce. China still has a fault divorce, he has 2 children, and she can clean him up. Most of all, she comes from a powerful, rich family.

I have seen this script set in ancient times twice and was please with both of the stories, the directors each put their own spin on the story. I am impressed with this modern day version only thing I would like is to see what cause the baby rebirth. In the first she was a baby that had the spirit of a spiritual deity, 2nd one was a child that was murder by mistress/concubine and was reborn with spirit of a long awaited spiritual deity. Looking forward to watching more. Actors have not disappointed me yet.
