There isn't, so your theory doesn't work. I have been in the situation of not being beleived, and the most important detail about that is that I *needed to be believed* . As a retired nurse I can tell you that any pediatrician who suspects the rape of child would report it or they're putting their license in jeopardy, this mother comes up with excuses and contradicts herself all the time.I don't no how it works in the USA but I do know that in the UK that if the Doctor failed to report a suspected rape the attending nurse being the patients advocate most certainly would,this mother and grandmother has something else going here and need to get some serious help.

Dr. Phil is rude to the father because the father is extremely unlikeable and can't shut up for very long. And Dr. Phil didn't make a big "SEE? NOT ALL MEN!!" thing about the false accusation because he believes in the "false positive system" we have. The alternative to an occasional false accusation is that CHILDREN have to do the legwork to prove that someone hurt them and that's not a developmentally realistic expectation. So basically, 1 in 1,000,000 guys gets falsely accused, or 10-20 in 100 actual monsters gets away with it, giving them the opportunity to hurt more children. I, for one, feel that when children accuse someone of hurting them, the adults around them should believe them and try to keep them safe, rather than say "but remember that guy on Dr. Phil?"

There is a reason that in family law and criminal law proceedings, involving a minor, especially the abuse of a minor… Those proceedings are private and not admitted to public record, nor to the public. To me it sounds like a child that isn't have her basic hygiene needs met and it being fed junk thats making her constipated often. Not properly cleaning a child's bottom, not properly doing diapers changes, not giving regular bathes and cleaning the child's bottom with soap/water and rinsing well can cause just about all of those problems. All but the constipation. A parent thats not cleaning their child likely isn't feeding the child a good diet either. Diaper rash alone isn't inherently a red flag but when mixed with the other issues it is. She's neglecting her child. Shes unstable and so focused on revenge that she's not caring for her child.
