Mom's favorite noodle soup recipe! So delicious you can cook it every day!
Recipe and ingredients:
Finely chop celery and onion.
Fry in olive oil over medium heat.
Grate the carrots.
Chop peppers.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut 3 potatoes into cubes.
Pour in 2 liters of hot water and boil for 10 minutes.
Cut chicken fillet.
Fry in olive oil over medium heat.
Add salt, pepper and suneli hops and cook for 5 minutes.
Beat with a mixer.
Add 50 grams of vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the dill and cook for another 2 minutes.
