What's so egregious is that the guy called the police and reported someone in a hoodie who was scaring him. Like, look how small this little girl is!! Perfect example of people abusing and misusing police services.

The neighbor is so disgusting, and he’s the one I would be afraid to live by. He definitely racially profiled this small innocent child. If she had blonde hair and blue eyes and the same tiny size, he wouldn’t have called. He’s the type that keeps racism alive and well!! 😢.

I disagree, the officer did not act correctly. He should NOT be speaking to a minor without the minor's parent being present. But, if you are saying that he didn't shoot first because he was in "fear of his life" or used one of the other numerous excuses to justify the killing of an innocent person, and that he actually used discernment in this case, then I agree.

It's not about physical harm to a grown man, its about continued destruction of a people. And it's not all his fault, it's how America was built, how it continues lay its foundation on it, and how America feeds and grows off of it. Hate... in that simple word, there are so many subspecies of the word that it can be found any many different forms. Racism, prejudice, murder, poverty, history (His-story), servitude, education, institutionalization, greed, power, control, fear, anger... I can go on and on. Go outside the walls of America, and exam the viewpoint of many other nations people, you will likely find many of the terms I mentioned and more. The thing is America cannot stand alone, it needs people at the base of its foundation, the soil, the energy... without people America collapse like many other empires. In turn, the term Hate, to be in America must be within the people. To make America Great... nevermind again you must be of a people without hate. And that America has never been, and I fear will never be without. So, the correct term should be, "Strive to Make America Great". You can have that, share, like, and share again until it becomes the norm.

To say Bobbi wasn't traumatized by the incident, is dismissive imo. Trauma does not show up right away or manifest itself into someone crying hysterically. Trauma appears when we least expect it. This incident could have stalled her goal of being a scientist. She was born to a mother that stood up for her daughter and I am sure had deep conversations with her daughter about this situation. Throughout our lives, we as black girls and women experience micro aggressions, sometimes passive aggressions on a daily basis. I stopped wearing sun dresses in my area as a teenager after a man, with a child in the back seat solicited me. I was at the bus stop going to college ln a hot day in LA. Recently, an experience getting intimates, I had maybe 3 bras in my hands and the salesperson askwd me if I wanted her to take them until I was done shopping. I gave them to her but nl one else shopping was asked that. And I have a government job. I make sure to look presentable shopping in more affluent areas because I am a black woman. That wasn't taught to me, although my mother did the same, I learned it drom experience...

There’s always the “we want to see the full video”.. comments. Yeah, ok.. For the people who are “tired” of hearing about certain things.. Just imagine being tired of actually dealing with those issues. I’m just exhausted at this point. Most of these people really have no idea; and it’s sad!

Innocent sweet child, but mom go with her, never let her go out before you. Never give her the distance, this world 🌎 is evil 😈. Hope I live long enough to see her become the scientist she wants to be. She doesn't need a father that people are asking about, if she doesn't have one in her life, she has a strong decent intellectual mom...

This is what evil looks like and when he called 911 he used those trigger words to get that child killed , that’s his intent . I hope that the mother can sue him for emotional trauma

So instead of him saying "black little girl," he said "black woman" to speed up the process of the call... and he got a lawyer real quick.... I would sue him for defamation

I wish they would have said what the guy said in the 911 call instead of just alluding to it because I spent the majority of the video being clueless about why the guy called the police.

He said there was a black woman who was a threat and likely had a weapon that he was scared of her and needed the police. However he KNEW it was the little girl who lived from across the street and even when the police arrived was pushing them to arrest the girl. Further he's a city council member who purposely tried to weaponize the police against a minor child of his city.

When you keep letting things like this go, it festers. Follow up and have him charged for false accusation or something, then charge him, civilly, for trauma, endangerment and whatever else you can throw in the mix. That would deter him and someone else like him, next time.

No matter what, sometimes you Can't change how people are or What they think. Glad this situation Was addressed. This is why it is Important it is to talk to yourchildren. Let them know, in instances such as These, it is important to help them To see the problem is the other person not you. Ignorance does Not discrimInate.

The outrageous part of this is the neighbor used words that he knew would cause an immediate response from the police! I hope this mother is not letting this go and brings a lawsuit and demands charges are filed. In all respects and purposes, this was an act of hate. He intentionally made a false report...lying to the police about the description of a CHILD that he most definitely had seen before. It amazes me how some still take on a psuedo-plantation mentality of superiority and entitlement. When charges start being brought against people like him for filing false police reports that are clearly racially motivated, some of this senseless behavior will stop. He put that little girl in a potentially dangerous situation.
