When the neighbour made that call to the police department he hoped and expected drama That's why he put together all the trigger words black, suspicious & woman he wanted the thug squad to come charging onto his street guns poised. I bet he was indoors watching behind curtains. Thank goodness what they got was a nice community officer who saw he was facing a child. The neighbours intention was malicious or he would have spoken to the child's mother as he is fully aware of the family. He is a nasty piece of work and feel he can just say sorry and move on. Allow him to watch how his actions actually improved your entire family's future. Showing him is more impactful than telling him anyway.
