she looks like she's been crying ever since the day she died, just gave me hope to not end my life edit: thanks to the people who replied to this comment. im making an edit because im so sick and tired of all those people who are like "attention seeking" "way to make it about yourself" "stop faking things for youtube likes" so on and so on. i want to clarify that i did not expect this many likes and this many comments, i don't have control over how many likes i get, i'm not attention seeking all i did was comment and hopefully hoping that it convinces other people not to do it either because if i can over come such thing other people can, and lastly i don't care about youtube likes, im not even a famous person i can't control who sees my comment, and im not "making it about myself" i never was, i only published a single comment and some how a bunch of people were triggered by it. i get it how suicide can trigger people, and when i said "a bunch of people were triggered" i'm referring to those who left i guess i could say hate comments, which is completely fine i don't care about those comments after all they tell me a lot about you, you and i don't even need to meet and i instantly already know a lot about you, it screams "i hate my life, im jealous" anyway im the bigger person of my world i don't care about them you can send hate if you want but just know no matter what you do you won't tear me down with single words. and to people who are genuinely good people, don't send hate to those who are leaving hate comments, they could be going through something which is why they have to tear other people down for that reason, it is completely fine at the end of the day you can't control who feels what way. but i also want to address this last final thing. i am not faking anything, the least i want to do is fake suicide and depression. everyone has depression, everyone goes through stuff, you don't know me, you never spoke or seen me, you don't get to choose whether or not if im depressed or if im perfectly fine. no one is perfectly fine, everyone goes through something. it can be small problems it can be big problems but everyone goes through things. no body and i mean NO ONE im this world has it easy, absolutely no one everyone has depression, whether its minor depression or bad depression. at the end of the day you don't know me you don't know what im going through, so don't just speak for me. i do appreciate all the nice comments though! take care everyone, even the ones who left hate comments !

My only sister was killed in a car accident when she was 16. Her boyfriend, my sister, and another boy were in the car. Even though it was a sleety february night, the driver decided to drag race another teen. They hit a metal pole killing the other boy instantly. My sisters body was so mangled they didnt even try to fix anything. Just waited for the end. It took three days. The driver? Not a scratch on him. And his punishment? Not a dam thing. Not even a ticket for racing. My parents divorced over this and my siblings left home. It destroyed my family. My mom said, VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER IS THE LAST LEGAL FORM OF MURDER THERE IS. I agree.

It is fact that it was an accident. I'm not giving excuses. There is far more evil people out their that should be locked up than someone who just made the mistake of drinking alcohol while driving. Unless you want revenge, there is no point in giving someone a long sentence for non-evil person who just drank alcohol. Long sentence is better preserved for real criminals

Exactly! There is no obligation to forgive or not hate every ounce of a killer's being. It is not wrong or weak to hate with a passion, as this mother does. Most mother's would die for their children. Imagine having to look at your own child's killer and see that he has no remorse. His days in prison will be painless compared to what she will suffer every day the rest of her life. How cliché to say, "She is consumed by her anger." I see people speaking of forgiveness. And how this man should eventually be forgiven by the family of the victim, because that’s the “right thing to do”. My innocent 74 year old grandfather was murdered by a man in his home a month ago, while cooking dinner with my grandmother. he used a hammer to bash my grandpa to death as my grandma cried for help running out of the house. the assault was un-aggravated and we still haven’t been confirmed whether the man was under the influence or not. he was a loving man, a husband for almost 50 years, father and grandfather. he did not deserve the end to his story that he received by any means. any person who knew him would only speak highly of the pure soul he was. you speak of forgiveness? you are either looking for sympathetic likes or have never lost a loved one for yourself. forgiveness isn’t something that just comes, and at times revenge is all someone needs to truly let go and feel some kind of closure. just like this mother, I would kill the man who tortured my grandfather, I would make him feel pain like no other. because he, like many others do not deserve this forgiveness you speak of.

Lucas Caruso i lost my uncle to a guy. He was driving and accidently ran him over. I was angry at first until i saw his face in court. 5 years of his life taken away for a mistake. He would never see his kids,his wife or family,or any loved ones. The worst part however was knowing he killed a man,you could see the regret on his face. Revenge is for the bitter because once you have that revenge your gonna be in the same place as the killer. It may feel good at first until you realise that you have become what you hated. Now your never gonna see any of your loved ones for god knows how long just because of your selfishness.

She lost her daughter to a man that could have had some kind of responsibility not to drink and drive. She lost her daughter, to one decision. She lost her daughter, because someone's poor choice. And now he gets to live free, under a roof, three meals a day, and eventually get out of prison. This man took everything from her. This woman gave 18 years of her life to raise something that might have made a difference. And one decision killed all of it. His poor decision, to party and drink his night away. Do drugs, and decide he can drive his way back home. Or wherever he was going. And it ended everything not for just one person but for TWO. Death is justice. And this is the way this mother copes with what she has lost. If it was a baby, your baby. If it was your infant, then you'd wish they'd suffer. But this isn't a baby it's just a 22 year old girl that doesn't mean a thing to the rest of planet earth. Don't critique this woman's grief, and mistake it with a disease. Like it's wrong to think this way. It isn't. In fact it's normal. Just because your little book, your little views are different than someone else's doesn't mean you can act like you know how she feels and get to put your scrawny insight into it. Most of you don't even know what true pain is. You've only scratched the surface. You don't have to forgive everyone. And love everyone. If you loved your enemies on the battlefield you would be played like a rag doll and then brutally killed with no chance of survival. Wake up to the real world. Where people have real emotions. Where people feel real things. Unless you've had your child killed in such a way. Don't speak a single word.

If you take the risk for letting people use these two wicked products, then swallow your pride and predict the worst with your low IQ nation wide! Don't wish hell for someone who's done a mistake. I wish you review your viewpoints in life
@Nikki-pf8el4 жыл бұрын
@@AbS-jo9nr actually no. Because there are people who go to jail for death threats. And its not just that, there are killers who grew up with the wrong thing to look up to. There are killers who had a really bad role model in their life. However lets say this 12 year old killer. He was sentenced to jail after killing his baby sibling. But his dad raped him and his mom does drugs. (I think. Not completely sure but he did have bad role models) therefore he will end up like his parents. All that stress put into someone as young as him can really be enough for him to develop ADHD. And go crazy. Yet he still went to jail and im not exactly sure about his parents. The reason i mention this is to explain that there are people who grew up with a "crazy childhood" so they will grow up to be a "crazy person" you never know what ppl go through. So you cant completely hate on him. I understand the anger and sadness and frustration of losing someone. But no matter what. You cant say something that will make you go to jail as much as you curse on them. Its still messed up.

8 years for what he did is a lot, he received the maximum sentence. People who don't have any law knowledge usually don't know how to deal with crime. He committed a crime of driving under the influence of alcohol but it remains an accident, if his license is confiscated he does not represent a dangerous individual for society, there is no reason to put him in prison just for the sake of revenge, it's barbaric.
