You can hear the shell being shot right before it hits. It was a Ukrainian shell shot from a (probably malfunctioned) artillery piece. If it was a Russian shell there would be quite some time between the shot and the shell landing, or the only sound would be of the shell exploding.

Russia doesn’t use 155mm rounds. They do use 152mm rounds. Someone pointed out how the angle of the impact means it’s a mortar (so probably 120mm) but I can’t see the shell incoming so take that with a grain of salt Correction: it’s a howitzer

The Russians often fire artillery blind or just at random where there might be Ukrainian positions. If they could geolocate and figure the time from this video, they could correlate to who fired where and get the location. Well... Western armies and Ukrainians could, Russians are usually too sloppy, but it never hurts to be to careful.
