And this problem will need to be maintained for 10.000 years into the future.. possibly more. People are still advocating the building and further production of nuclear energy. It's madness... Take this with a mountain of salt but this is my theory. Ukraine uses civilian vehicles to move its soldiers and such, it doesn't even matter anymore whether your a civilian or soldier. Because soldiers saw that white ribbons don't get attacked and used it, russians found out and white ribbons didn't mean shit anymore.
