Moment Distribution Method Example 2 (2/2) - Structural Analysis

Example problem calculating the reactions of a statically indeterminate beam using the moment distribution method. This problem is a little more involved than my example 1 video.
Part 1: member stiffnesses, distribution factors, carry over factors, setting up a table and fixed end moments.
Part 2: locking-distributing-carrying over process, calculating reactions from end moments.

Hi, I think that there are two errors: (a) m6s12 Mcb = 99.27 should be Mcd = 99.27 (b) m11s20 Ma = 23.14 should be Ma = 52.15. Regardless, thank you very much for these awesome videos!

according to the sign convention rule, shouldn't the anticlockwise direction be negative? why have you taken the anticlockwise direction as positive?
